ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On 08/15/2011 Richard Dean Cook left his home driving his 2003 Chevrolet truck and never returned. Richard Cook's truck was found abandoned in a parking lot at the corner of Woodland Boulevard and International Speedway Boulevard in Deland, Florida. A witness reported that the truck had been parked at that location for several weeks. The truck was locked and personal items belonging to Cook were still inside. There was no indication of fould play. Cook has not contacted his family or accessed his bank account.
