On Sunday, September 30, 2007 at approximately 1248 am, 3 male subjects (1 w/m and 2 b/m's) ambushed the Security Guard at U.S. Food Service, 1899 North US Highway 1, Ormond Beach. The w/m placed the security guard in a choke hold from behind. During the struggle the white male took out a folding box cutter style knife and started cutting the Security Guard throughout his arms and hands.

During the struggle the 2 black males approached from the side and grabbed at the Security Guards utility belt in an attempt to remove it. After several minutes of beating and tugging at the Security Guard, the two black males were unsuccessful. The white male removed the Security Guards “pepper spray” and sprayed the Security Guard in the face, causing the Security Guard to loose his vision. The three males then threw the Security Guard on the ground and removed all his personal items to include: Name tag with S.O. Office Chipouras, Dog Tag style necklace with Advance Tactical Security and the name “S.O. Office Chipouras” and $3.00 in U.S. Currency.

The three males left the area in an unknown direction of travel and method of travel.
