If you are using an old edition of the Adobe Reader (which is one or more versions older than the current release) you should uninstall the current Reader and install the most up to date version of the Adobe Reader.
PDF files may not display within the browser because of software settings, configuration problems, download failures, or other issues.
The configuration of your local computer or internal network can account for the fact that downloads are not working properly. These setting can also interfere with form submission and even prevent you from attaching the completed form to an email. If you have questions regarding your internal network and local computer security settings, you should consult with your network administrator.
If you are experiencing problems downloading PDF forms, try the following:Our PDF fill-in forms will generate a dialog box when selected for download. The specific wording of the options presented in the dialog will depend on the browser you are using. However, all browsers should present an option to "Open" or "Save" the form. Selecting "Open" will allow you to select a program on your computer to open the form in. The Adobe Reader should be selected for you by default if it is installed on your computer. Selecting "Save" will allow you to save the form to your computer and then open the saved form using the Adobe Reader that is installed on your local computer.
If you are having problems using the "Open" option, try using the "Save" option and then open the saved form manually.
